REIKI HEALING

Reiki Healing session in the Usui Natural healing method created by Dr. Usui with Aura cleanse.

Reiki is a natural healing technique where Universal life force is channeled through the therapist's hands.

DEEP HEALING SESSION

Deep healing is a 90 minutes session where I combine Reiki, crystal healing and essential oils followed by energy balance of the meridians with tuning forks (based on traditional Chinese medicine), colour therapy to balance the chakras and subtle bodies (mental, emotional and etheric bodies) and sound bath to finish to leave you relaxed and re-energised.

CHAKRA BALANCING- AURA CLEANSING AND RECHARGING

Session to cleanse and recharge the Aura (Bio magnetic field) and balance the chakras to harmonise the energy in the body. Helps feeling recharged, relaxed and with a clear mind. Cleansing your energy field and chakras regularly is as important as cleaning your body.

REIKI + CRYSTAL HEALING + COLOUR THERAPY

Energy healing treatment combining Usui Reiki healing with the powers of crystal and colour therapy, using Reiki all over the body to relax and boost the body's own healing properties, clearing chakras and subtle bodies with energy healing, crystals and a colour light. Colour therapy is a light treatment where different colour lights are used over the body to heal the chakras and subtle bodies on a subtle but very deep level.

1-to-1 SOUND BATH

A Sound Bath is an immersion in sacred and harmonising sounds and vibrations that helps you access a meditative state to go on a healing  journey of self discovery. Tibetan, Crystal Singing  Bowls, tuning forks, drums, It's a treat for the body, mind and soul.

The results are very personal depending the person's needs at the time. Some experiences are: release of old blockages and emotional trauma, energetic balance and cellular regeneration, heightened awareness, access to important life insights, acceleration of inner journey. The peace and deep relaxation of the sacred sounds combats stress and anxiety. When the body is free from physical and emotional stress it access its natural ability to heal and a greater level of consciousness can be accessed.

COMMAND POINTS- 12 MERIDIAN BALANCE

Technique that uses stainless steel tuning forks, with the frequency of every body organ (meridian), and colour lights on the 12 acupuncture command points to balance the meridians and empower the organs. *Excellent for physical pathologies and chronic fatigue.

8 Qi Mo - EXTRAORDINARY MERIDIAN POINTS

It's an advanced technique using stainless steel tuning forks and colour light on the 8 Qi Mo points to elevate one's energies from the physical level to the chakras and the subtle bodies. The 8 Qi Mo points are what Traditional Chinese Medicine refers to the 8 extraordinary vessels that enable and move Qi and blood​ through the body.

*This technique works on every level of the soul and body.

MUSICAL SPINE

It's a very relaxing technique that uses stainless steel tuning forks and colour lights along the spine to harmonise the nervous system, subtle bodies and chakras, working on each vertebra of the spine related to each of the chakras and meridians in our body. It helps releasing back pain, chronic stress and trauma stored in the body.
