DEPOSIT AND BOOKING NOTICE

A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your appointment and will be deducted from the session cost. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your session. Any appointments rescheduled within the permitted time frame will have their deposit carried forward.
Please note a 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy applies. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment - as well as no-shows - will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Any card processing fees are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
